In July, Honda China reported auto sales of 25,052 units, reflecting a significant 44.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. From January to July, cumulative sales reached 230,870 units, also showing a 35.9% decline year-on-year. In response to these challenging market conditions, Honda's primary production facilities in China are set to reduce their workforce by 500 employees, which constitutes approximately half of their total staff. Concurrently, the operational efficiency at the F-TECH factory has also experienced a downturn.
