CCTV Business, citing U.S. media reports, stated that the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recently announced that it has initiated a preliminary investigation into nearly 1.2 million Tesla vehicles due to multiple complaints of suspension failures. These complaints primarily involve the 2018-2020 Model 3 and 2021-2023 Model Y models, with the failure manifesting as the detachment of the front lower lateral link, potentially leading to loss of vehicle control in extreme cases. Currently, there have been no reports of injuries or fatalities resulting from this failure.
