Responding to user feedback concerning the persistent issue of automatic parking malfunctions in Ideal vehicles, Li Xinyang, the head of the product line, clarified that the parking process encountered obstacles when an electric bicycle occupied the space directly behind the vehicle. Ideal Motors is set to enhance the parking functionality in intricate scenarios and bolster the obstruction alert system in the upcoming 9.1 version update, scheduled for release in September. Earlier, a netizen shared an incident where the automatic parking feature of an Ideal vehicle repeatedly failed, obstructing the passage of the vehicle behind. The vehicle owner explained that they were utilizing the unattended parking mode when an electric bike encroached upon the space behind the parking spot, prompting the system to make several adjustments. As they were still acclimating to the vehicle's features, they extended apologies to those affected and subsequently completed the parking process manually.
