Ford Motor Company executives stated that the company has rehired approximately 350 senior engineers, including former employees and supplier technicians. Previously, Ford had hoped to improve vehicle quality through artificial intelligence and automated systems, but the results fell short of expectations. Power Initial Quality Study, Ford surged to the top of the mainstream brand rankings.
