Today, the world's first CBJ business jet, independently developed by China, officially commenced commercial operations. The aircraft is operated by Deer Jet, a subsidiary of HNA Group, as the inaugural operator, flying the route from Shanghai to Beijing in the form of customer charters. The CBJ business jet is a derivative model of the COMAC C909 aircraft, featuring 12 to 29 seats. Currently, COMAC has planned a phased development of derivative models for the C909, including cargo aircraft, medical aircraft, emergency rescue command aircraft, and business jets.
