Based on a regulatory correspondence, Sweden's transport regulatory body has proposed opposing Tesla's introduction of its FSD (Full Self-Driving) Supervised system in Europe, unless Tesla deactivates the software's speeding capability. In a confidential letter dated April 30, the Swedish Transport Administration expressed that Tesla's FSD (Supervised) should not receive approval for operation on EU roads until the function that disregards speed limits is eliminated.
