On June 18, 2026, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a notification regarding the overseas listing filing of MOMENTA GLOBAL LIMITED (Mengteng Zhijia Global Limited), confirming receipt of the filing materials submitted through its domestic operating entity, Momenta (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 43,754,060 ordinary shares for overseas listing and to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
