On June 17, Bethel made an announcement stating that it had successfully concluded the acquisition and transfer process, securing a 50.9727% stake in Yubei Steering Systems (Xinxiang) Co., Ltd. The transaction was valued at approximately RMB 1.121 billion. As a result of this acquisition, Bethel now holds a 50.9727% controlling interest in Yubei Steering, thereby establishing itself as the majority shareholder.
Starting from June 2026, Yubei Steering will be incorporated into Bethel's consolidated financial statements. This strategic move is poised to significantly enhance Bethel's capabilities for mass-producing electric steering products and expedite the deployment of intelligent by-wire chassis technology.
