Leapmotor has announced that its cumulative global deliveries have exceeded 1.5 million units, achieving the milestone of going from 1 million to 1.5 million units in a mere 8 months. Since delivering its first vehicle in June 2019, Leapmotor has experienced consistent growth in its delivery volume: reaching 500,000 units by October 2024, surpassing 1 million units by October 2025, and hitting 1.5 million units by June 2026. In May of this year, Leapmotor’s global deliveries surpassed 80,000 units, with over 260,000 units delivered worldwide from January to May 2026. This includes more than 75,000 units exported overseas—both figures ranking first among new energy vehicle manufacturers. Currently, Leapmotor’s business spans more than 40 countries and regions globally, supported by over 2,000 channel outlets. Leapmotor International has achieved annual profitability, securing a market share of over 30% in Italy’s pure electric vehicle market. Looking ahead, Leapmotor plans to establish a dual-manufacturing presence in Europe and Southeast Asia. In the first quarter of 2026, Leapmotor delivered 110,155 units globally, including 40,901 units exported overseas, with revenue reaching RMB 10.82 billion, marking an 8.0% year-on-year increase. However, its gross margin decreased to 9.4%, and its net loss widened to RMB 390 million.
