On June 15, CIC China Insights Consultancy unveiled its latest report. The report highlights that by 2025, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in China will have soared to 54%. From March 2025 to February 2026, Momenta stands out as the leader in the Chinese third-party urban NOA (Navigation on Autopilot) supplier market, boasting a substantial 65% market share. The report further forecasts that the penetration rate of urban NOA solutions in China will experience a dramatic increase, rising from 11% in 2025 to a remarkable 62% in 2030.

With the broad acceptance of new energy vehicles, the swift advancement of end-to-end technology and global models, coupled with automakers integrating advanced intelligent driving features as standard across a wider range of vehicle models, the penetration rate of urban NOA across various price segments is anticipated to witness a significant surge over the next five years. Specifically, for vehicle models priced between RMB 100,000-200,000, RMB 200,000-400,000, and above RMB 400,000, the penetration rates of urban NOA are projected to leap from 3.8%, 27.2%, and 29.6% in 2025 to 62.7%, 97.0%, and 89.8% in 2030, respectively.
