AITO Motors has revealed that the all-new pure electric version of the AITO M6 will make its real-vehicle debut at 3:00 PM on June 16. During the event, product managers, automotive influencers, and vehicle owners will share their insights and experiences.
The new model forgoes the roof-mounted lidar system, opting instead for Huawei's Qiankun in-cabin laser vision Limera technology. This system employs a pure vision-based solution for intelligent driving, offering a sleeker and more integrated design. Manufactured by Seres, the vehicle boasts dimensions of 4960x1985x1736mm, a wheelbase of 2950mm, and is designed to accommodate up to five passengers. It achieves a top speed of 200km/h, with curb weight options of 2445kg and 2510kg, and a total mass of 2885kg.
In terms of powertrain, the new AITO M6 offers two drive motor configurations. Both configurations deliver a peak power of 227kW and a rated power of 73kW, sourced from Chongqing Jinkang Power New Energy and Huawei Digital Energy, respectively. The energy storage system utilizes a lithium iron phosphate battery, with cells and assemblies produced by Yichun Gotion Battery.
The ABS system features the IPB2.0 model, supplied by Bosch Automotive Parts (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Additionally, the new vehicle offers optional features such as ETC onboard devices, various wheel rim styles, and electric pedals. It comes standard with an Event Data Recorder (EDR). Tire specifications are available in two options: 255/50R20 and 265/45R21, catering to diverse driving preferences and conditions.
