Recently, in Shenzhen, BYD made a groundbreaking announcement: it will offer a one-year safety net service for its City Navigation Assisted Driving feature, marking BYD as the first automaker worldwide to undertake such a pledge. As of early June, no other automotive companies have stepped forward with comparable policies. BYD emphasized that this move is grounded in its robust technological prowess, extensive data resources, well-organized structure, and full-stack self-development capabilities, rather than serving as a mere marketing tactic.

At present, BYD's research and development team dedicated to assisted driving has ballooned to over 5,000 members. With more than 3.15 million vehicles already equipped with assisted driving functions, the company collects over 200 million kilometers of real-world driving data every day. Its 'Divine Eyes' system has been instrumental in helping users sidestep 15.18 million potential collision hazards. Furthermore, BYD boasts a network of over 6,000 stores, providing offline damage assessment and repair services to bolster its safety net initiative.

Previously, BYD's intelligent parking safety net policy has already propelled the usage rate of this feature from a modest 21% to an impressive 93%.
