Xiaomi Auto has just rolled out a captivating demonstration video showcasing its innovative home charging robotic arm. This cutting-edge device is designed to automatically insert and extract the charging gun, thereby eliminating the need for any manual intervention during the entire charging procedure. The robotic arm boasts an ultra-compact 152mm box design, rendering it ideal for installation in tight parking spaces. Moreover, it supports remote operation through smartphones, seamlessly integrating within the broader human-vehicle-home ecosystem.
In addition to the robotic arm, Xiaomi Auto has also introduced a range of home charging solutions, including 7kW and 11kW home charging stations, as well as the Mijia Portable Vehicle-Mounted Charging and Discharging Gun. The 7kW home charging station, measuring 400mm x 180mm x 120mm, comes equipped with a lightweight 640g charging gun and supports 220V single-phase power input. Similarly, the 11kW home charging station maintains the same compact dimensions but features a slightly heavier 770g charging gun and accommodates 380V three-phase power input.
The Mijia Portable Vehicle-Mounted Charging and Discharging Gun stands out with its dual functionality, seamlessly integrating charging and discharging capabilities. It offers two distinct current modes, ensuring V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) charging compatibility. With a rated charging power of 2.8kW and a discharging power of 3.5kW, this versatile device supports 220V household power input, making it a convenient and efficient choice for on-the-go charging needs.
