At present, the majority of automakers across the globe are hastening their shift towards fully electric vehicles (EVs). However, Toyota's leadership continues to publicly champion the development path of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles—those powered by traditional fuels—a stance that stands in stark contrast to the prevailing industry trend.
