The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced on June 2 that Toyota will recall 81,893 vehicles in the U.S. market because the dashboard display cannot show critical safety information such as engine coolant temperature and battery level, increasing the risk of crashes or injuries.
