On June 1, BYD Co., Ltd. disclosed that in May 2026, its production volume of new energy vehicles stood at 380,549 units, while the sales volume reached 383,453 units. For the year up to that point, the cumulative production volume amounted to 1,410,884 units, reflecting a 21.27% decrease compared to the same period last year. Similarly, the cumulative sales volume totaled 1,405,039 units, also down by 20.32% year-on-year.
