The talks center around the potential acquisition of underused factories situated in Italy and various other European regions. Li Ke further elaborated that BYD's discussions extend beyond Stellantis, encompassing conversations with additional automotive companies. The primary objective is to harness these dormant production capabilities, with a preference for maintaining independent operation of the acquired factories.
