Porsche has announced the closure of three subsidiaries—battery subsidiary Cellforce Group, electric bicycle drive system business Porsche eBike Performance, and Cetitec, which provides in-vehicle network software for Porsche and the Volkswagen Group—in response to challenges of declining sales and pressure on profits.
