As per its notice outlining the spring break arrangements for 2026, the company will observe a unified holiday on April 3, which will be combined with the statutory Qingming Festival holiday, resulting in a total of four days off. The policy stipulates that employees' personal annual leave will be prioritized for this break, with compensatory leave being an option only if no annual leave is available.
