Throughout 2025, the company achieved a revenue milestone of RMB 562 million, marking an 18.8% increase compared to the previous year. Its gross profit also surged to RMB 121 million, up by 22% year-on-year, with the gross margin improving from 21% to 21.6%. Despite incurring a net loss of RMB 1.184 billion for the year, the adjusted net loss stood at RMB 635 million, representing a slight reduction from the RMB 628 million recorded in the same period of the previous year.
In October 2025, the company successfully completed the tape-out of its intelligent automotive SoC M97, designed for advanced assisted driving applications. This chip was subsequently taped back in and powered on in February 2026, boasting an impressive computing power exceeding 700 TOPS.
