This deployment marks a significant milestone, as it represents the first humanoid robot to be utilized in mass production at SAIC Group and positions it among the pioneering batch within the automotive sector. The robot boasts exceptional precision, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, and operates at an impressive speed of roughly 2 seconds per unit. Moreover, it occupies a mere 15% of the space typically required by a traditional workstation. Its primary focus lies in the core production processes of battery packs, effectively mitigating risks associated with manual operations and overcoming the inflexibility inherent in conventional equipment.
