Toyota Motor announced on Monday that it will invest $1 billion to expand two factories in the United States as part of its plan to invest up to $10 billion in the U.S. by 2030. Of this, $800 million will be allocated to the Georgetown factory in Kentucky to boost production capacity for the Camry sedan and RAV4 crossover. The remaining $200 million will be invested in the Princeton factory in Indiana to expand production capacity for the Grand Highlander SUV.
