On March 17, 2026, Caocao Chuxing unveiled significant advancements in its Robotaxi operations. The company has successfully activated over 3,600 virtual pick-up and drop-off points throughout Hangzhou's Binjiang District and Xiaoshan Central District. These points are strategically located along major thoroughfares, near office complexes, and at the entrances/exits of commercial and residential zones, ensuring convenient access for users.

Looking ahead, Caocao Chuxing plans to further expand its operational footprint in Hangzhou by increasing both the quantity and density of these pick-up and drop-off points. At present, the Robotaxi fleet in Hangzhou has grown to 100 vehicles. Moreover, the company has introduced the world's inaugural 'Green and Intelligent Traffic Island,' which offers essential operational support services, including automated battery swapping, vehicle cleaning, and intelligent dispatching systems.

To bolster passenger safety and enhance the overall travel experience, Caocao Chuxing has also launched the 'Caocao Smart Ride RAS Remote Safety Service Platform.' This platform leverages advanced technology to monitor and manage the safety of Robotaxi services in real-time, providing passengers with peace of mind during their journeys.
