On March 16, 2026 (local time), NVIDIA announced an expanded collaboration with Hyundai Motor and Kia to jointly develop next-generation autonomous driving solutions. The two sides will combine the software-defined vehicle performance of Korean automakers with NVIDIA's technological expertise. Hyundai and Kia plan to apply NVIDIA's Level 2 or higher autonomous driving technology in some models, with a long-term view of expanding to Level 4 autonomous taxis.
