On the eve of International Consumers' Rights Day, observed annually on March 15, the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) initiated the "Standards Escort - Transparent Consumption" campaign. Over 40 member enterprises, specializing in used cars and auto parts, publicly disclosed their service standards and quality commitments, with the aim of upholding consumer rights. The standards unveiled encompass a wide range of areas, including the circulation of used cars, appraisal and evaluation processes, as well as the wholesale and retail of auto parts. The overarching goal is to elevate service quality through standardization and foster the robust development of the automotive industry.

Specifically, used car enterprises have pledged to offer vehicles that are free from major accidents or flood damage, accompanied by comprehensive vehicle history reports. Appraisal and evaluation institutions have committed to recording the entire inspection process on video, ensuring impartial and transparent results. Auto parts merchants, on their part, have promised product traceability and guaranteed quality. Consumers can effortlessly access these enterprise standards with just a single click on the 'Enterprise Standards Information Public Service Platform,' providing them with tangible evidence of service quality assurance. To view the standard details, consumers simply need to log in to the platform, enter the enterprise name, and initiate a search.
