Firstly, the ‘Proposal on Promoting Methanol Electric Trucks to Ensure Transport Capacity and Achieve Dual Carbon Goals’ highlights that China is speeding up the development of a modern, integrated transportation system. It points out the significant challenges in traditional transportation methods and the urgent need to optimize the energy source structure. Secondly, the ‘Proposal on Accelerating the Establishment of a Top-tier, Interdisciplinary Field for Intelligent Electric Vehicles’ suggests that the growth of intelligent connected new energy vehicles is facing hurdles, such as a shortage of skilled professionals. It recommends the creation of this discipline to nurture versatile, high-caliber talent. Thirdly, the ‘Proposal on Accelerating the Development of an Urban Barrier-Free Taxi Service System’ stresses that barrier-free travel is a vital component of urban public services. Given the many current shortcomings, it is crucial to push forward the construction of a comprehensive service system.
