On March 2, Seres disclosed its production and sales figures for February 2026, revealing a notable downturn in its new energy vehicle sector. Specifically, the company produced 11,028 new energy vehicles, marking a significant 35.06% decrease compared to the same period the previous year. Similarly, sales volumes also took a hit, with 12,760 units sold, reflecting a 28.48% year-on-year decline.
Delving deeper into the data, Seres' automobile segment witnessed a production drop to 9,035 units, down by 39.13% from the previous year. Correspondingly, sales in this category also slumped, with 10,003 units sold, a 33.34% decrease year-on-year. Meanwhile, the production of other vehicle models stood at 2,839 units, experiencing an 18.63% year-on-year reduction. Sales for these models followed suit, decreasing by 35.41% to 2,253 units.
In aggregate, Seres' total production for the month reached 13,867 units, a substantial 32.26% decrease compared to the same month in the previous year. Likewise, total sales amounted to 15,013 units, showing a 29.61% decline on a year-on-year basis.
