According to Stellantis' financial documents, its CEO, Antonio Filosa, received a compensation package of approximately $6.3 million (about RMB 43 million) in 2025. Filosa officially took over as CEO in June 2025, leading the company to launch multiple new models and comprehensively adjust its electric vehicle development strategy. This included halting direct investments in autonomous driving and hydrogen-powered vehicle models, as well as overturning the 2030 electrification targets set by his predecessor. In 2025, Stellantis reported a net revenue of €153.5 billion, a 2% year-on-year decrease, and a net loss of €22.3 billion, primarily impacted by strategic adjustments and changes in the regulatory environment. Filosa stated that initial positive signs emerged in the second half of 2025, and the focus for 2026 will be on addressing execution gaps and driving profitable growth.
