On February 27, news emerged that Shanghai had officially rolled out the third batch of special funds earmarked for energy conservation and emission reduction initiatives, coupled with a comprehensive allocation strategy for ultra-long-term special treasury bonds set for 2026. A substantial sum of 43.232 million yuan has been earmarked from these special funds to bolster the national vehicle scrapping and replacement scheme, encompassing both fuel-powered and new energy vehicles.
