During the Spring Festival period, spanning from February 9 to March 3, Xiaomi Auto has rolled out a trio of services to enhance customer experience: 24-hour complimentary roadside assistance, a 500-yuan taxi voucher, and an out-of-town vehicle delivery service. With 275 service centers spread across 158 cities, Xiaomi Auto is poised to offer prompt repair services and more. Analysts opine that these services are tailored to precisely meet user demands, marking a substantial stride for Xiaomi Auto in its quest to provide 'comprehensive vehicle usage services' throughout the entire lifecycle. In January, Xiaomi Auto's monthly deliveries eclipsed those of Leapmotor, which was the best-selling 'new force' automaker last year. Lei Jun pointed out that comparing the month-on-month decrease in January deliveries is not an objective approach. By 2026, numerous automakers are expected to roll out purchase incentives. Notably, Xiaomi YU7 is set to offer a 7-year low-interest financing policy, while mainstream automakers such as Tesla are also providing low-interest loan schemes, all of which are anticipated to spur sales growth.
