On January 26, HaiKe New Energy made an announcement stating that it had entered into a long-term cooperation agreement with BYD Lithium Battery on January 23, 2026. This agreement is set to be valid for a period of three years. Throughout the duration of the agreement, HaiKe New Energy will be responsible for supplying a minimum of 100,000 tons of products annually to BYD Lithium Battery's Hubei project. The supply will be carried out through pipeline transportation and will encompass four distinct types of solvents: dimethyl carbonate (DMC), ethylene carbonate (EC), ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC), and diethyl carbonate (DEC). In order to fulfill its obligations, HaiKe New Energy will take necessary measures to ensure that its production capacity is sufficient to meet the demand.
