Wang Shengli, Deputy General Manager of FAW-Volkswagen, announced that by 2030, new energy vehicles are projected to account for approximately 60% of FAW-Volkswagen's sales. He further elaborated that, adhering to the strategic approach of "co-advancement of hybrid and electric vehicles with full intelligence integration," FAW-Volkswagen is set to introduce 13 new models in 2026. This lineup will consist of 6 fuel-powered vehicles and 7 new energy vehicles, marking the first instance where the number of new energy vehicles will exceed that of fuel vehicles.
