The world's inaugural 10 kV-powered intelligent coal mining machine, a collaborative and independent development effort by Shaanxi Coal Heavy Equipment Group Xi'an Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd. and China Energy Shendong Coal Group, has successfully rolled off the production line in Xi'an and cleared the factory evaluation. This coal mining machine marks a groundbreaking achievement as it is the first to utilize a 10 kV voltage supply for mobile equipment within coal mines, thereby offering crucial technical backing for enhancing the installed power capacity of coal mining machines across China. On behalf of the expert panel, Ge Shirong, a distinguished academician from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, presented the evaluation feedback.
