On January 21, according to the Administrative Measures for the Access of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products (MIIT Decree No. 50) and the Decision on Amending the 'Administrative Provisions for the Access Management of New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products' (MIIT Decree No. 54), the MIIT has revised the Access Review Requirements for Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and the Access Review Requirements for Road Motor Vehicle Products, and announced that they will come into effect on January 1, 2027.
