As 2025 draws to a close, a multitude of regions nationwide have unveiled additional subsidies for automotive consumption in an effort to invigorate the auto market, with the combined subsidy amount soaring past 1.1 billion yuan. Regions such as Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui, Sichuan, Shandong, and others have all upped their subsidy offerings.
Specifically, Guangzhou has injected an extra 300 million yuan into the subsidy pool, while Chongqing has added 130 million yuan. Moreover, subsidies in cities like Wuxi (in Jiangsu Province), various locations across Sichuan, Hangzhou, Weifang, and beyond have all surpassed the 100 million yuan mark. Notably, certain districts in Hefei have allocated 38 million yuan in subsidies.
These subsidies are strategically designed to spur automotive consumption and facilitate the attainment of annual sales objectives.
