As reported by the Tianjin Daily on December 14, two brand-new car models from FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. are set to commence mass production in Tianjin in the upcoming year. On December 13, the Tianjin branch of FAW-Volkswagen disclosed that the AU336 model has already advanced to the trial production phase. Between 2026 and 2027, the Tianjin branch is poised to introduce a series of new car models in a focused manner. The objective is to establish a well-rounded production base that encompasses fuel-powered, hybrid, and pure electric vehicle models. Additionally, it aims to drive the enhancement of the 'co-line production' model, which caters to both fuel-powered and electric vehicles.
