Seres issued a notice stating that its "Factory Intelligent Upgrade and Electric Drive Production Line Construction Project" has successfully achieved its predetermined operational status and was officially commissioned in June 2025. In light of this development, the company has decided to reallocate the remaining funds of RMB 194.62 million (the final amount will be adjusted based on actual project expenditures) raised for this project towards the "Electric Vehicle Model Development and Product Platform Technology Upgrade Project."

Simultaneously, Seres also plans to optimize the internal investment structures of three projects that were financed through non-public offerings in 2022. These projects include the "Electric Vehicle Model Development and Product Platform Technology Upgrade Project," the "Factory Intelligent Upgrade and Electric Drive Production Line Construction Project," and the "User Center Construction Project." Specifically, the predetermined operational completion dates for both the "User Center Construction Project" and the "Electric Vehicle Model Development and Product Platform Technology Upgrade Project" have been extended to December 2027.
