Ofilm released a statement declaring its intention to invest RMB 241 million in acquiring all shares owned by the minority shareholder, Shenzhen Shinestone Industrial M&A Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), in Anhui Ofilm Intelligent Automotive Connectivity Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital corresponding to these shares amounts to RMB 51.459 million, representing a 5.3050% stake. Concurrently, Ofilm will also purchase all shares held by another minority shareholder in Anhui Automotive Connectivity, Nanjing FAW Innovation Fund Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership), for RMB 123 million. This acquisition corresponds to a registered capital of RMB 30.62315 million and a 3.1570% shareholding. Upon completion of these two transactions, Ofilm's shareholding in Anhui Automotive Connectivity will rise from 78.5354% to 86.9974%.
