On December 11, data unveiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) revealed that in November, automobile production soared to 3.532 million units, while sales reached 3.429 million units. These figures marked month-on-month increases of 5.1% and 3.2%, respectively, and year-on-year rises of 2.8% and 3.4%, correspondingly. Notably, the monthly production volume exceeded 3.5 million units for the inaugural time, setting a new benchmark in automotive history.
From January to November, the cumulative production and sales of automobiles stood at 31.231 million units and 31.127 million units, respectively, reflecting year-on-year growth of 11.9% and 11.4%. However, when juxtaposed with the figures from January to October, the growth rates for both production and sales exhibited a deceleration, dropping by 1.3 and 1 percentage points, respectively.
