By midnight on December 26, 2025, customers who have finalized their orders are anticipated to receive their vehicles before the year's end. At precisely 11:00 AM on December 26, Xiaomi Automobile unveiled the sale of nearly-new cars under its "Ready-to-Ship Vehicle Purchase" initiative. Consumers can conveniently make their purchases via the Xiaomi Automobile APP. The range of available vehicles encompasses brand-new models, official showroom display cars, and nearly-new vehicles, all of which have successfully passed rigorous quality checks. Customers are entitled to swift delivery, original factory warranties, and comprehensive after-sales services, with select models offering attractive discounts. Moreover, users who have placed orders but are yet to take delivery have the flexibility to modify their vehicle configurations.

Lei Jun clarified that nearly-new vehicles are originally manufactured cars that necessitated repairs due to transportation mishaps or other factors and have subsequently undergone official restoration and thorough inspection. Brand-new ready-to-ship vehicles might have been in storage for a while and could stem from irregular orders. Official showroom display cars were utilized for static displays in stores, with some exhibiting minor signs of wear. Nearly-new vehicles, on the other hand, had only slight blemishes.

This launch marks Xiaomi's inaugural release of ready-to-ship vehicles, following earlier announcements about this feature. A query conducted on December 12 disclosed that the models included in the promotion are predominantly the top-tier versions of the YU7 and SU7, with several models qualifying for an immediate discount of 22,000 yuan.

Previously, Xiaomi Automobile established a premium brand image by leveraging scarcity. However, with the stable operation of its Phase II factory and increased production capacity, the company has now transitioned to an "Available Vehicle Purchase" model aimed at boosting annual delivery volumes. Since April 3, 2024, Xiaomi Automobile has achieved a cumulative delivery of over 500,000 units. Its 2025 delivery volume has already surpassed the initial annual target, with November deliveries exceeding 40,000 units for three consecutive months. The company secured the 10th position in the China Passenger Car Association's November retail sales rankings for new energy vehicle manufacturers, with specific delivery figures also available for September and October.
