The Cyberspace Administration of China, working in tandem with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other relevant departments, has been steadfastly conducting rectification operations to tackle online chaos within the auto industry. These efforts focus on curbing malicious defamation, the spread of misinformation, and the production of fake reviews. On December 11, the second batch of notorious cases was publicly disclosed: Accounts like 'Che Pu Tai' (Auto Exposure Arena) have been found to amass and sensationalize negative information with the intent to tarnish the reputations of companies. Accounts such as 'An Ye Yue Che' (Midnight Car Talks) have published disparaging remarks aimed at attacking companies and their entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, 'Zhi Jia An Quan Bang' (Smart Driving Safety League) has been implicated in creating and distributing false review videos, thereby infringing upon the reputations of companies. Accounts like 'Kan Jian Cai Jing' (Kan Jian Finance) have misrepresented corporate financial reports, maliciously predicting dire outcomes. Additionally, 'La Ren Tang Tang' (Wax Figure Tang) has exploited the launch of new products, generating sensationalism by flooding the market with homogeneous information to disrupt normal market order. All accounts involved have been appropriately penalized in accordance with the law and relevant agreements.
