CIDI Driving made an announcement via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (hereafter referred to as "the announcement"), stating that the company intends to globally issue a total of 5,407,980 H shares. This issuance comprises 270,400 shares allocated for public offering in Hong Kong and 5,137,580 shares designated for international offering, along with a 15% over - allotment option. Each share will be priced at HK$263, and it is anticipated that these shares will commence trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 19, 2025.
