Changan Automobile has released an official announcement, confirming that it has thoroughly reviewed and given the green light to the "Proposal for Investment in the Establishment of a Robotics Company." Changan Tianshu Intelligent Robot Technology Co., Ltd. is set to be established through a collaborative funding effort involving Changan Automobile Group, Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Chenzhi Automotive Technology Group, and Changan Technology, boasting a registered capital of 450 million yuan. Specifically, Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. intends to contribute 225 million yuan from its own reserves, securing a 50% ownership stake in the venture. Meanwhile, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changan Technology, will invest an additional 45 million yuan, thereby acquiring a 10% stake.
