On November 27, global production figures for October were unveiled for Japan's eight leading automakers. Toyota's output surged by 3.8% year-on-year, reaching a record 927,000 vehicles for the month; Suzuki followed with a 6.0% increase, producing 304,900 vehicles and securing the second spot. Overall, the combined production of these eight major automakers stood at 2.2275 million vehicles, marking a 1.5% decline from the previous year. Five of these automakers faced production downturns, influenced by factors including U.S. tariff policies.
