On the evening of November 27, Leapmotor officially unveiled the Lafa5, presenting a total of five model variants. The official suggested retail price is set between 97,800 and 121,800 yuan. However, during the launch phase, a limited-time promotional offer brings the price down to a range of 92,800 to 116,800 yuan. This car is categorized as a pure electric compact vehicle, constructed on the LEAP3.5 architecture B platform. Under CLTC (China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle) conditions, it can achieve a maximum pure electric driving range of up to 605km. Moreover, it boasts cutting-edge technologies, including the 8295 chip and LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging). The Ultra version, a derivative model of the Lafa5, is slated for release and delivery in the second quarter of 2026.
