Recently, the prototype of AMG's inaugural all-electric four-door coupe, the C590, underwent testing in Las Vegas. This model is slated for an official debut in 2026 and is set to go head-to-head with the Porsche Taycan. Behind the wheel was F1 driver George Russell, who, after taking it for a spin, labeled it as "one of the most outrageous cars I've ever had the pleasure of driving."
Built on the AMG.EA platform, this new vehicle boasts a triple-motor, four-wheel-drive system. While still in its conceptual stage, it is capable of producing an astonishing 1,341 horsepower, with the production model also promising to surpass the 1,000-horsepower mark. Additionally, it will incorporate simulated V8 engine sounds and advanced shifting technology, enhancing the driving experience.
