Panasonic Energy announced that under a multi-year agreement, it will supply cylindrical batteries to Amazon's autonomous driving subsidiary Zoox starting from early 2026. Initially, the batteries will be supplied from its factory in Japan, with plans to expand to its factory in Kansas, USA, in the future.
