He highlighted that power batteries, chips, and software are poised to become the pivotal battlegrounds in the future supply chain landscape. However, these domains are fraught with considerable uncertainties. Wei Shenping, Deputy General Manager of the Purchasing Center at JAC Motors, echoed this sentiment, stating that the stability and resilience of the supply chain have transcended mere efficiency, becoming a core competitive edge that is intrinsically linked to industrial development initiative and security. He pointed out that issues pertaining to chips and power batteries can wield a substantial impact on the supply chain.
