Xiami Auto is set to further amplify its investment in the assisted driving arena, with a strategic vision to pour more than 7 billion yuan into AI research and development by the year 2025. Presently, the Xiami Intelligent Driving Team has burgeoned to a formidable force, comprising over 1,800 dedicated professionals, among whom are 108 esteemed PhDs. This team is spearheaded by four core members, each steering distinct projects. Ye Hangjun assumes the role of the overarching leader, orchestrating the team's efforts. Chen Guang takes charge of the end-to-end project, ensuring seamless integration and execution. Chen Long is at the helm of the VLA project, driving innovation in that specific domain. Meanwhile, Wang Naiyan is responsible for the L3 project, pushing the boundaries of autonomous driving technology.
