On November 20, Yitong Intelligent Control made an announcement in a notice stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Aurora Micro, had, after consultations, entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with OmniVision Automotive Electronics (Changchun) Co., Ltd. This agreement centers around the commercialization and future growth prospects of LBS (Laser Beam Scanning, an intelligent light - control technology relying on MEMS mirrors) for vehicle - mounted intelligent lighting applications. OmniVision has expressed its intention to assign Shenzhen Aurora Micro the responsibilities of custom MEMS chip development and module production for the LBS project.
